The association does not collect money: it collects material goods and organises the logistics chain to bring them to the areas hit by the disaster.
Earthquake emergency · 24 June 2026
You provide the materials. We deliver them where they're needed.
Emergency operations to restore essential services in Venezuela. We organise the entire logistics chain to reach the areas hit by the disaster.
On 24 June, two earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 brought Venezuela to its knees. Rebuilding will take years — and above all materials. We are TMS Venezuela, a non-profit association led by Marco Rasera, an entrepreneur of Italian origin: for over 20 years we have worked in import and logistics in Venezuela and the Caribbean. We are looking for companies willing to donate what is needed there to rebuild. Getting it where it's needed is our job.
01 / About us
TMS Venezuela is a non-governmental, non-profit social promotion association (APS), registered with the RUNTS — Italy's National Register of the Third Sector — and established specifically to respond to the earthquake emergency in Venezuela.
The association does not collect money: it collects material goods and organises the logistics chain to bring them to the areas hit by the disaster.
At the helm is Marco Rasera, an entrepreneur of Italian origin who has worked in import and logistics in Venezuela and the Caribbean for over 20 years.
Every load is documented from departure to delivery, and every donor receives direct confirmation about their goods. Learn more.
We don't stop at the first emergency. Alongside the collection of materials for the reconstruction, we are fitting out small modular medical units for the places where damaged hospitals can no longer guarantee essential care.
02 / The most urgent cargo
At 6:04 pm on 24 June 2026 the earth shook twice, 39 seconds apart. It is the most devastating earthquake in Venezuela's recent history.
In La Guaira, 8 out of 10 buildings collapsed. In Caracas, Yaracuy, Carabobo and Aragua, entire neighbourhoods must be rebuilt from scratch. 38 hospitals were damaged precisely when they were needed most. Thousands of families now live in makeshift camps.
In the first weeks, rescuers and spotlights arrive. Then the spotlights go out, and the longest, quietest part begins: rebuilding homes, schools, infrastructure. That takes more than funds — it takes sheet metal, pipes, cables, tools, generators. It takes things.
We have been operating in Venezuela for over twenty years. Our base in Puerto Cabello, spared by the quake, is fully operational: we are making it available together with our logistics and customs network. And in La Guaira, one of the hardest-hit areas, we are already working to get operations back on their feet.

03 / We need your help
This initiative does not collect a single euro. It collects goods. It is a deliberate choice — and everyone benefits.
A pallet has a code, a photo, a transport document and a recipient. Money gets diluted through a thousand steps; materials either arrive or they don't — and here they arrive, documented.
End-of-line items, surplus stock, B-grade goods, working returns: in your warehouse they are a cost taking up space. In Venezuela they become a roof, an electrical system, water flowing again.
The real obstacle for international aid is the last mile: customs, transport, distribution. That is exactly the trade we have practised for over 20 years between Venezuela and the Caribbean.

06 / Frequently asked questions
We coordinate the logistics with our own structure. Costs and arrangements depend on the type and quantity of goods: we discuss them openly at the first contact, with no commitment on your part. No surprises: before a single pallet moves, every detail is in writing.
Yes — in fact, that is the heart of this initiative: new or working material that has lost commercial value for you is worth a home over there. What matters is that it is intact and usable.
Every shipment travels with proper transport documents and is photographed and filmed at departure, on arrival and at delivery.
Yes: donations entitle you to a full tax deduction of the value of the donated goods. You receive all the delivery documentation needed to support the claim, and we go through the details together during the first call.
Perishable goods, non-working appliances and loose second-hand clothing. If in doubt, ask: better one extra question than one useless pallet.
